Protect your privacy, preserve your assets, and maintain control over your family's future through structured, neutral mediation.
Schedule a Mediation SessionWhy Choose Mediation?
Litigation is public, costly, and puts the final decision in a judge's hands. Mediation offers a superior alternative.
Cost-Effective
Significantly less expensive than a protracted court battle, keeping your family's hard-earned assets intact.
Complete Privacy
Unlike court proceedings which are public record, mediation sessions and negotiations remain entirely confidential.
You Stay in Control
You and your spouse craft the terms of your agreement, rather than leaving critical life decisions to a judge.
How Our Mediation Process Works
Initial Consultation & Setup
We discuss your specific situation, explain the rules of mediation, and ensure both parties are willing to participate in good faith. We then schedule your dedicated session.
Information Gathering
Both parties voluntarily exchange necessary financial documents, inventories, and appraisals. Full transparency is required to reach a fair and equitable agreement under Texas law.
The Mediation Session
Guided by an experienced neutral mediator, we work through all necessary issues: property division, debt allocation, child custody, and support. We help bridge the gap on difficult disagreements.
Mediated Settlement Agreement (MSA)
Once an agreement is reached, we draft a binding Mediated Settlement Agreement. This document is final and serves as the foundation for your final divorce decree.
